## 1. Agreement

These terms and conditions form an agreement between you (the **partner**) and Timbo. By accepting them you unlock Timbo wholesale pricing.

## 2. Appointment

Timbo grants the partner a **non-exclusive** right to market and distribute Timbo products. Partners may continue to sell other products and ranges.

## 3. Pricing and payment

- Wholesale prices are provided to partners after acceptance of these terms.
- Unless Timbo has agreed credit terms with the partner **in writing**, orders must be **paid in full upfront**.

## 4. Ordering

Partners place orders by email to **partnerships@timbo.com.au** with a purchase order that includes:

- the products and quantities required;
- the delivery address or pick-up arrangements;
- the requested delivery date; and
- a site or receiving contact name and phone number.

## 5. Delivery, inspection and defects

Partners must inspect goods on receipt. Any defects or damage must be reported to Timbo **within three (3) days of receiving the goods**, with photos and the order details, so Timbo can assess and resolve the claim.

## 6. Returns

Completed orders are generally final and non-returnable, except where goods are damaged. See the general [terms and conditions](https://timbo.com.au/pages/terms-and-condition).

## 7. Marketing

Partners may use Timbo product information, specifications and imagery supplied by Timbo to market Timbo products, and may be listed in the Timbo [partner directory](https://timbo.com.au/partners/find-a-partner).
