Every order ships from one place, the Timbo warehouse in Altona North, Melbourne, with freight quoted per order to wherever the job is.
That means the experience is the same whether your floor is in Fitzroy or Frankton:
- Find a partner. In Melbourne, choose from the listed Timbo partners. Elsewhere, email partnerships@timbo.com.au and Timbo will connect you.
- See the oak. Your partner can request free samples of the herringbone, chevron or pattern parquet you're considering.
- Get a quote. The partner measures, quotes supply and installation, and orders from Timbo.
- Delivery and install. Timbo freights to the partner or site; the partner acclimatises and installs the floor.
Why every city page is different
Prime grade European oak behaves the same in every warehouse, but not in every house. Each city guide below covers what actually changes from place to place:
